MEET THE FOUNDER

Pia Hallström is a Swedish-born fashion designer and DGA-qualified gemmologist based in London. Her career began in high fashion before evolving into fine jewellery.

After graduating of Parsons School of Design in New York, Pia held senior fashion design roles including Design Associate at Ralph Lauren in New York and later Head of Design at Burberry in London.

​

Her work has received several prestigious design awards, including the Gold Thimble, Perry Ellis Design Award and Silver Thimble, and she was a finalist for the Hermès Design Award. Her work has also been featured in numerous international publications.

In 2011, Pia turned her focus to fine jewellery, after qualifying as a gemmologist. Combining decades of design experience with a deep knowledge of diamonds and natural gemstones, she creates distinctive pieces designed to be worn and loved for a lifetime.

Pia designs from her London studio, where each piece begins with her own hand-drawn sketches. Her Swedish heritage combined with years in New York and career in London have shaped a design language that is unmistakably her own.
