We design and sell fine jewellery crafted in 18k gold with natural diamonds and precious gemstones.
2. Products
Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
Due to the nature of fine jewellery, slight variations in gemstones, colour, and finish may occur. This is part of the uniqueness of each piece.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are final once production has begun.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and may exclude taxes and duties depending on your location.
For international orders, local import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the client.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
5. Delivery
We offer secure, insured shipping worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on the nature of the piece:

Ready-to-wear: stock pieces 2-4 days

Bespoke or made-to-order: 4-8 weeks
Each piece is handled with the utmost care, from our atelier to your hands.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external couriers.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unworn, standard pieces within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The following are non-returnable:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is faulty.
7. Repairs & Care
We offer repair and maintenance services.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
We recommend regular care and servicing to preserve the beauty of your jewellery.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Pia Hallstrom Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pia Hallstrom Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
